Construction Management

The City of Carson found itself with a building that has so many problems they literally had to shut it down.

The building leaked from the roof, building walls and belowgrade walls causing extensive problems including extensive mildew and mold.

Since the work needed was so extensive, the city decided to do other upgrades as well. Eberhard took on the seven-month, six and a half-million dollar project knowing the challenge was great.

The roofing, waterproofing, sheet metal and mechanical we handled. The balance of the team was put together and managed by Eberhard. In the end, the city and its veterans got a new facility that it will use and be proud of for many years to come.
