When the Van Nuys Post Office needed to be retrofit, it needed it from top to bottom.

The scope of work called for complete roof removal, removal of all plywood sheeting, major sub-framing repair and new plywood. Add to that asbestos abatement, seismic upgrade, air-conditioning removal and replacement, skylight retrofit and all new sheet metal coping, flashing and termination. Oh yes, and the building is more than 200,000 square feet.

This project was done on time, in budget and without disruption to the employees’ work schedules.
