Cross Creek Ranch

DESCRIPTION

Eberhard managed and completed a thorough roofing, waterproofing, and sheet metal scope for the Cross Creek Ranch 112,000 sq. ft. development. Each waterproofing and watertight roofing system was a combination of applications to achieve ultimate moisture protection: single-ply roofing, pre-applied and self-adhering sheet waterproofing, hot fluid-applied rubberized asphalt waterproofing, cold fluid applied waterproofing, and air barrier coatings. From planters and retaining walls to rooftops and below grade parking garage, our waterproofing systems extending 3 feet into the water table. Eberhard worked closely with the general contractor and consultants evaluating waterproofing products and the dewatering process to deliver the most precise and effective results.

Cross Creek Ranch further contracted Eberhard for a comprehensive Architectural Metal scope to furnish and install a complete system installation. Including but not limited to standing seam roofing, metal fascia systems, flashings, gutters, downspouts, scuppers, trim, and moldings. The Architectural Metal scope called for expertise in balancing compatible materials that were functional while honoring the visual appeal of the design.
